How to book

The easiest way to book is heading to our ‘Book a Table’ section on the website. This will show all availability and enable you to book direct. Alternatively, use the contact box in the ‘Contact’ section, ensuring that you include both email address and contact number.

Deposits/cancellation fees

We require a card authentication of £10 per person to make a reservation. This means entering your card details into a secure link to allow us to confirm your booking. No money is taken when doing this but if you fail to give us 24 hours notice before cancelling or don’t show up on the day, you will be charged.

This is done automatically online, however when making telephone reservations this is still required. Bookings without card details entered will be rejected 24 hours in advance.

If you have made a request but no longer require a booking, please let us know at the earliest convenience so that we can cancel the request and allow others to book.

Table allocations

1 – 2 Guests – 1 hour 30 mins

2 – 8 Guests – 2 hours

8+ Guests – 2 hours 30 mins

Meet Me at Yours – 1 hour 30 mins

Bottomless Brunch – 1 hour 30 mins

Table allocations are only for the times stated. If possible, we will try and give you the most time on your table to dine and allow you to stay longer than the allocated slot. This however is not guaranteed so please be mindful that during busy periods this may not be possible and our staff will politely ask you to move into the bar to continue your evening.

Time of arrival

Your booking duration starts at the time your reservation is confirmed for, rather than at your time of arrival. During busy periods, as demand is so high, guests arriving any later than 15 mins after your booking time will reduce the selection of food you are able to order. Guests arriving too late for the kitchen to prepare food within your time slot will lose the reservation all together, therefore we recommend you plan travel in advance and arrive as promptly as possible. We would always encourage you to arrive earlier than your time slot and enjoy a drink with us at the bar to avoid any disappointment.

Special Requirements

Let us know if you are celebrating! We encourage you to make the most of your time with us so feel free to bring table balloons and a cake if you wish to make your visit extra special. We also provide celebration plates for any occasion so let us know in the special requests section when booking, or on arrival, if you’d like us to provide this for you.

Allergies

At Yours we take allergies extremely seriously and will do our best to accommodate diners with allergies and intolerances. Although all procedures are in place to prevent cross -contamination we cannot guarantee that our dishes are 100% free from traces. We advise that you inform us of any guests with dietary requirements/allergies upon arrival.

Tables of 6+ and Set menus

Our tables will hold up to a maximum of 6 guests. Larger group bookings are possible however these are only available upon request and subject to availability. Due to the layout of our restaurant, we are unable to guarantee specific table requests.

Any group larger than 8 guests will require for you to order from a set menu. Please use the contact box to request for the set menus to be sent via email.

Bottomless Brunch

Our exquisite brunch dishes can be accompanied by BOTTOMLESS DRINKS for £25 per person. Enjoy cocktail specials, mimosas, bottled beers & unlimited fizz. Must order one brunch plate from the brunch menu to have the bottomless offer. 90mins max from the time of your booking. Available every Friday – Sunday 10am – 3pm. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Please drink responsibly.

Children & Teenagers

We welcome children and young adults into our restaurant so please feel free to book your family in. Due to our licensing however, we cannot allow any persons under the age of 18 in the premises after 9pm. Therefore, the last dinner reservation would be 19.00-21.00. We also operate an ask 25 policy so please do not be offended if you are fortunate enough to look below this age and we ask for your age identification.

Dress Code

Although we love to see how imaginative our guests can be with their fashion choices, our dress code is strictly smart casual. Looking too casual on arrival will potentially prevent entry so dress to impress. We’d advise no sports clothing, sports trainers, large logos or hoodies. Large chains, caps and sunglasses will all have to be removed before allowing entry. Smart trainers will be considered.

Events

Looking to host an event or get-together? Look no further. Send us all the details of your event request to reservations@yoursrestaurant.co.uk and our team will get back to you. Whether it be a large private party, a business lunch or just a small get together with friends we’ll try and accommodate every request to the best of our ability.

Drinking Tables

Unfortunately we don’t reserve drinking tables in advance. If you’d like to join us for drinks only you have 2 options. As long as the venue is not already full at your time of arrival, you can walk in and join us at the bar at any time. If there are bar tables available you can sit at these free of charge. Alternatively, booth tables can be requested (but not guaranteed) on arrival or after 11pm once the dining is finished. These however, come with a minimum spend and are on a first come first serve basis. 

DJ

Our resident DJ’s create the vibe here at Yours from early evening through until late, Thursday -Sunday.

Cash/Card

To make life simpler for our diners we accept both cash and card payments here at Yours.

Halal

Our most frequently asked question is whether our menu is halal so we are happy to let you know that all of our a la carte menu is in fact halal. This is served from 5pm Wednesday-Sunday.
